Jupiter Group itself is acting as contact channel for all information and advisor to the largely European based investors.

It should be reiterated that Jupiter Group is acting always in a joint venture manner. It explicitly denies any adherence to documentation and risk declarations present in publicly or selectively distributed asset management products.

Jupiter Group and its affiliated companies are not supervised by any capital markets or investor protection supervising agency. Jupiter Group’s clients are always and exclusively experienced, semi-professional or professional investors. Jupiter Group does not serve retail and private clients.

Risk Considerations in Land Development

The following risk components are important in acquiring building land:

  • Legal risks during acquisition: Have proper due diligence, title insurance
  • Market and price development: Do not have time pressure for selling
  • Leverage burden: Do not overleverage, interest burden may put pressure on the investment
