- The use of local buying teams. It cannot be overstated that in our experience tough negotiation is best conducted by local teams to reduce the price expectations caused by the presence of international buyers.
- Legal oversight. We understand the concerns of international Real Estate investors. As is often the case in many Asian nations, economic ownership does not always mean legal ownership. We only invest in projects where ownership is clear, with legal oversight from US and EU based legal teams.
- The use of Luxembourg investment vehicles. Luxembourg remains at the heart of the European banking sector as a result of its special purpose vehicles, providing investors with a highly competitive, low cost route to investment.
- Investor portfolio analysis. We match projects that fulfil investor criteria in terms of; the time frame of projected exit, the risk and return ratio, the appropriateness of the type of development be it; Salient, Developed or Renewable.
